To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, NeuraiQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profits.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid to NeuraiQ in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of NeuraiQ products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
NeuraiQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any product at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to NeuraiQ, its users, or third parties.

BookkeepAI is an AI-powered bookkeeping assistant for freelancers and small business owners in Canada and the United States. The service provides expense capture, categorization, and financial tracking tools via a mobile Progressive Web App.
BookkeepAI is a financial tool and not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any data or categorizations generated by the service.
To use BookkeepAI, you must create an account using a valid email address or a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
BookkeepAI is a paid subscription service. Pricing and billing terms are presented at the time of checkout. By subscribing, you authorize NeuraiQ to charge your payment method on a recurring basis through Stripe.
BookkeepAI uses Google Gemini AI to assist with expense categorization and bookkeeping tasks. AI-generated suggestions are provided for convenience and may not always be accurate. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and acting on any AI-generated output.
NeuraiQ is not liable for errors, omissions, or financial decisions made based on AI-generated content within the app.
You may request deletion of your BookkeepAI account and all associated data at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our systems. This action is irreversible.
