BookkeepAI is made by NeuraiQ. You can delete your account and all of its data at any time.
[01] Option 1 — In the app (instant)
- Open BookkeepAI and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Advanced Features.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Type DELETE and tap Delete account.
Your account and data are removed straight away and you're signed out.
[02] Option 2 — By email
No longer have the app? Email support@neuraiq.io from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.
[03] What gets deleted
- Your sign-in account and email address
- All expenses, receipts, imported statements and line items
- Budgets, categories, income entries and settings
- Your receipt-forwarding email address
- Partner links — if you were a Pro owner, your partner moves to the Free plan
- Your saved card and customer profile with our payment processor (Stripe)
[04] Pro subscriptions
An active Pro subscription is cancelled immediately, with no refund for unused time.
[05] What we keep
- Payment records — Stripe keeps invoice and payment history as required by tax and financial law. We never store your card details.
- Anonymous usage statistics — Google Analytics keeps aggregated, non-identifying statistics under its standard retention period.
